domestic arrival, please meet at claim belt #3; international flight arrival, we will greet you at visitor centre. A complimentary half-day city tour (prior to 12:00pm arrival) of Downtown, Chinatown and Stanley Park. *Bonus excursion to Klahowya Village & mini ferry ride to Granville Island. (Please note that the min ferry ride and Klahowya are included in the half day Vancouver city tour and they are all seasonal (Klahowya village, opens in May - September) and subject to weather permitting.) Day 2 VANCOUVER - VICTORIA - BUTCHART GARDENS - VANCOUVER Depart for the Vancouver Island by ferry and capture the
spectacular scenery en route. After passing by Victoria's historic Chinatown, visit Beacon Hill Park's remarkable Mile "0", landmark British Columbia Legislative
Buildings, and explore other significant heritage architectures surrounding the
Inner Harbour. Visit the world famous Butchart Gardens before returning to
Vancouver.
Day 3 VANCOUVER - KELOWNA - L. OKANAGAN - WINERY - SALMON ARM We will start our journey via the trans-Canada highway and head east for Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan Valley. Stop at the renowned winery to learn about the basics of wine making. Wine tasting and purchasing of the popular icewine, red or white wine will be available. At Lake Okanagan, let us listen to its legendary story and search for the lake monster "Ogopogo." Settle down in Salmon Arm/Vernon in the evening.
Day 4 SALMON ARM - EMERALD LAKE - BANFF - CANMORE Proceed to the Eagle Pass and visit the "Last Spike" of the transcontinental railway where it connects the east and the west. Travel through the Rogers Pass and Emerald Lake. After a thrilling gondola ride (adm) to the summit, you will be captivated by the majestic Rocky Mountains. Next, discover the town of Banff and Bow falls within the country's first national park. End the day at 1988 Winter Olympics Games area - Canmore. [Upgrade to stay in Banff: free time at night, Canmore stop excluded.]
Day 5 LAKE LOUISE -JASPER NAT'L PAR - ICEFIELD - PEYTO L. - GOLDEN  Visit the Moraine Lake in the Valley of the Ten Peaks (subject to road conditions). Journey to the Lake Louise, the "Jewel of the Rockies." The panoramic view of magnificent snow-capped mountains surrounding the emerald color of the lake attracts millions of visitors worldwide. Enjoy an atmospheric lunch at Chateau Lake Louise (meal plan) and a promenade along the lakeshore. Then, head for Columbia Icefield in Japser National Park. Ride on the specially designed "Ice Explorer" (adm) onto the surface of the Athabasca Glacier. After brief stops at Peyto Lake, Bow Lake and Crowfoot Glacier, we will stay overnight in Golden.
Day 6 GOLDEN - KAMLOOPS - GINSENG FACTORY - VANCOUVER  Head west for the interiors in the morning. At Kamloops, a city with over 2000 hours of sunshine per year, we will join a tour of the Ginseng factory and learn about the Ginseng healing power. Continue our drive and arrive Vancouver in the late afternoon.
Day 7 VANCOUVER/SEATTLE - HOMETOWN Free day for shopping, visiting friends and family, or dining at nearby Asian cuisines. Transfer to Vancouver airport afterward. Also, should you have missed the half-day complimentary city tour on your arrival and your departure flight is after 14:30pm, you may join the tour in the morning before going to the airport.
For Seattle departure, we will depart Vancouver at 7:30am, arrive Seattle approx. at noon ($65 p.p/way). Suggest flight after 14:30pm. If you'd like hotel extension in Vancouver, please make a note in the comments section while booking. we'll contact you as soon as possible. By ordering our contracted hotel, we can transfer you to the hotel with no additional charges on the tour end date. Since the price of Vancouver hotel is subject to change, the quotation is only valid within 24 hours. Special Notes
- Visa is not required for U.S. Citizens. However, please bring your Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. If you are not an American citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork is required from visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., we will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed. Additional charges may apply for transportation.
- Please note that one person can allow to have one medium suitcase and one carry-on luggage. Extra luggage is subject to the surcharge of CAD $35 + 12 pct HST per person per piece.

* 25-32 days prior to departure date - 30% penalty
* 17-24 days prior to departure date - 50% penalty
* No refund within 16-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services.
* Non-refundable for any changes or cancellation for hotel upgrade. - Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact local tour provider to see if there is available staff to accommodate your needs.
- We strongly recommend that you should contact airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pickup arrangement before your departure.
- Casual wear with a light coat for cool mornings & evenings in Summer. Winter jacket is required for Autumn through Spring. Hat, umbrella, sunglasses, mosquitoes repellant and comfortable shoes with non-slip sole are recommended.Be prepared for unexpected extreme weather in the Rockies.
- Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.
- For customers who will self transfer to hotel on day, according to the hotel's policy, the guests need to arrange their check-in after 3:00pm (local time);if the guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00pm (local time), they will have to wait until 3:00pm(local time) to check-in. Please understand.
Reservation Process and E-Ticket
1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
