Day 1 Hometown -Vancouver/Seattle Canada domestic arrival, please meet at claim belt #3; international flight arrival, we will greet you at visitor centre. A complimentary half-day city tour (prior to 12:00pm arrival) of Downtown, Chinatown and Stanley Park. *Bonus excursion to Klahowya Village & mini ferry ride to Granville Island. (Please note that the min ferry ride and Klahowya are included in the half day Vancouver city tour and they are all seasonal (Klahowya village, opens in May - September) and subject to weather permitting.) (Vancouver half-day City Tour is only available for customers arriving YVR before 12:00pm.)
For passengers with pick-up in Seattle (one way: extra fee $65.), please meet at luggage belt #13 at approx. 11:45am. OR meet tour guide at TICKET CENTER of the Space Needle Center at around 10:45am-11:00am(400 Broad Street Seattle, Washington). Complimentary Mini-Excursion of Seattle Touring SpaceNeedle and Fishermen's Wharf before transferring to Hotel in Vancouver. (Vancouver sightseeing is excluded). OR meet tour guide at TICKET CENTER at 14:30pm (No Mini-Excursion of Seattle Touring). Admission fees: $141.00/adult, $69.00/child (Prices may vary depending on availability. This fee must be paid in cash tour guide on day one.
Day 2 Vancouver - B.C. Ferries - Victoria - Butchart Gardens Depart for the Vancouver Island by ferry and capture the spectacular scenery en route. After passing by Victoria's historic Chinatown, visit Beacon Hill Park's remarkable Mile "0", landmark British Columbia Legislative Buildings, and explore other significant heritage architectures surrounding the Inner Harbour. Visit the world famous Butchart Gardens before returning to Vancouver.
Day 3 Vancouver - Kelowna - L. Okanagan - Winery - Salmon Arm We will start our journey via the trans-Canada highway and head east for Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan Valley. Stop at the renowned winery to learn about the basics of wine making. Wine tasting and purchasing of the popular icewine, red or white wine will be available. At Lake Okanagan, let us listen to its legendary story and search for the lake monster "Ogopogo." Settle down at Salmon Arm/Vernon in the evening.
Day 4 Salmon Arm - Emerald Lake - Banff - Canmore Proceed to the Eagle Pass and visit the "Last Spike" of the transcontinental railway where it connects the east and the west. Travel through the Rogers Pass and Emerald Lake. After a thrilling gondola ride to the summit, you will be captivated by the majestic Rocky Mountains. Next, discover the town of Banff and Bow falls within the country's first national park.
End the day at Canmore. At Banff, guests upgrade to Banff International will stay behind and have free time at night; Canmore stop excluded.
Day 5 Lake Louise - Jasper Nat'l Park - Icefield - Peyto L. - Golden Journey to the Lake Louise, often referred as the "Jewel of the Rockies." The panoramic view of magnificent snow-capped mountains surrounding the emerald colour of the lake attracts millions of visitors worldwide. Enjoy an atmospheric lunch at Chateau Lake Louise (meal plan) and a promenade along the lakeshore. Then, head for Japser National Park's Columbia Icefield. Ride on the specially designed "Snocoach Ice Explorer" that is destined to take you to the surface of the Athabasca Glacier. After brief stops at Peyto Lake, Bow Lake and Crowfoot Glacier, we will stay overnight in Golden.
Day 6 Golden - Kamloops - Ginseng Factory - Vancouver Join a tour of the Ginseng factory in Kamloops and learn about the Ginseng's healing power. Continue our drive and arrive at Vancouver in the late afternoon.
Day 7 Vancouver - Whistler - Gondola & Peak2Peak - Vancouver Along the Sea to Sky Highway, we will pass by Horseshoe Bay, Shannon Falls, and Squamish.. Arrive at Whistler - North America's Number Oneresort and the host of 2010 Olympic Winter Games, then take a ride of the Whistler Mountain Gondola and Peak2Peak*(optional), you will have time to relax and shop at the mountain or in the village. Return to Vancouver in late afternoon.
Day 8 Vancouver/Seattle - Hometown Free day on leisure and transfer to Vancouver airport afterward. Also, should you have missed the half-day complimentary city tour on your arrival and your departure flight is after 14:30pm, you may join the tour in the morning before going to the airport.
For Seattle departure, we will depart at 7:30am, arrive Seattle approx. at noon ($65 p.p/way). Suggest flight after 14:30pm.
If you'd like hotel extension in Vancouver, please make a note in the comments section while booking. we'll contact you as soon as possible. By ordering our contracted hotel, we can transfer you to the hotel with no additional charges on the tour end date. Since the price of Vancouver hotel is subject to change, the quotation is only valid within 24 hours. Note: There is no transfer if you book Barclay Hotel & Comfort Inn Vancouver Airport due to its location.
