After a long or short flight, when you arrive at Yellowknife Airport, our guide will greet you in the arrivals hall. Transfer you to the hotel of your choice, assist you with check-in, provide some necessary environmental awareness, shopping for food, etc. Once you've checked in, you're about to embark on the long-awaited and exciting journey to the polar dreams. We will provide you with a specific activity schedule immediately according to the itinerary you choose, and the time of your arrival.

Today, you may join Cameron falls hiking in Autumn time or native ice fishing with delicious lunch in Winter season. Whichever your take is wonderful experience. In Autumn you can see very different scene in arctic area and in Winter you can learn many native life ways and enjoy their ice fishing food. You also can join pre-booked activities and enjoy a lot of different funs. Or you can visit famous restaurants and have a great delicious meal in this arctic town. After that, we will pick up you again to take one more night aurora tour and you may also practice more photo taking skills and have some more different beautiful pictures.

Pick-up Details / Transfers

【Pick-up info】
1) We provide 24-hour free pick-up service from Yellowknife Town Airport (YZF).
2) It is recommended that your flight arrival in Yellowknife Town is in the afternoon, so you will have more time to have a rest. Then we will depart at 21:30PM to watch the Northern Lights.
3) If the flight arrival time is after 23:00PM, we will still take you to join the Northern Lights tour, but please understand that because the itinerary has already started, it will affect the travel time for you to see the Northern Lights.
4) Flights arriving after 01:00AM at night, because the itinerary is about to end, the itinerary can no longer be arranged, and it will be regarded as abandonment of the Aurora Tour.
5) Due to the large number of free pick-up services, please note that visitors who are close to each other may be accommodated at the same time, which may result in a waiting time of 20-30 minutes.

During the peak season of aurora observation, if the hotel is full or overbooked, the price may be changed, please contact customer service team for secondary confirmation.
We strongly recommend that you should contact airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pick-up arrangement before your departure.
We recommend passengers wear a winter gear during Autumn through Winter in Yellowknife. Tours4Fun also recommends passengers bring a hat, umbrella, sunglasses, mosquitoes repellant and comfortable shoes with non-slip sole.
Due to guests' different arrival & leaving time, all tours may be rescheduled for better operation for every guests, therefore we appreciate you follow the tour guides exact notice.
The hotel will not provide any personal utensils such as toothpaste and toothbrushes, please take them by yourselves.
The Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon. There is no way for us to guarantee that you will see the Aurora. We do our best to provide premier locations for viewing.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third or fourth bed in the room but it can be requested at the time of check-in.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.

Reservation Info

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
