Leave Ho Chi Minh City and head to My Tho, a town on the left side of the Mekong River. Visit the historic Vinh Trang pagoda dating back to the late 19th century. Then, board a sampan and cruise around Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands. Stop at Unicorn Island, stroll along country lanes, and explore orchards. Taste tropical fruits and enjoy local folk songs. Visit a fruit plantation. Take a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal, savor the countryside's beauty, and visit a family business, a honey-bee farm, and a coconut candy workshop. Try honey tea. Have lunch at a local restaurant and take a break. In the afternoon, cycle around Tan Thach village to experience the local daily life in the Mekong Delta. If you prefer, relax in a hammock and enjoy the refreshing breeze. Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Cu Chi Tunnels is a legendary underground system of over 220 km of tunnels, that played an important role during the Vietnam War. Today you will depart to Cu Chi for a 1.5-hour drive. Once we arrive, you will get a chance to walk through some of the tunnels, discover the hidden corners and imagine what life was like here for the resistance soldiers. If you like, try to cook with the smokeless stoves used by Vietnamese soldiers to cook during the war. You can even try foods that the soldiers lived on. Then head back to you hotel in Ho Chi Minh.

Relish the remaining moment in Ho Chi Minh before your private driver escorts you to the airport to take the flight to Da Nang. When you arrive at Da Nang Airport, your driver will pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation in Hoi An. The rest of the time is free at leisure. Overnight in Hoi An.

As you meander through the countryside, you will experience the friendliness of the local people greeting you along the way and enjoy the beautiful views of the neighborhood. After that, you will explore the Eco-Village Cam Thanh which is associated with the heroic history of the anti-French and anti-American war by taking a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Then you meet and engage with local fishermen, enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal, get some loveable handmade gifts from nipa palm leaves like hats, watches, rings ... After the boat trip, have a delicious lunch in our restaurant and cycle back to your hotel.

Have a free day to explore Hoi An at your own pace. The best way to explore this charming town is to rent a bicycle at the hotel and cycle around the town towards the riverside or the beach. At the beach, you will find many small cafes where you could relax with a fresh fruit drink after swimming. The water in the sea is warm and calm. You could visit a tailor-shop which could make you and your loved ones a new piece of clothes, bag or shoes overnight. In the evening we recommend you to walk around the Old Town area, which looks charming when the shops light their lanterns. You and would really feel like being in a fairy-tale. On a 3-hour walking tour you’ll explore the culture, history of Hanoi, step into a world full of street food vendors. Unlike big cities all around the world, street food in Hanoi are not just hot dog carts and pretzel stands, we offer an opportunity to try out 10 different dishes at local food stand, family restaurants… A rotating menu from day-to-day to represent the variety of delicious options, but tastings might include – but are subject to change: rice noodle soup with beef, rice noodle with chicken, rice noodle with grilled pork, snail, or dry noodle, sticky rice, along with various kinds of donut, steamed pancake or Vietnamese sandwiches.

In the morning, check-out from hotel and get pick-up by the Cruise. Take a route most scenic to reach Halong Bay, taking you across the Red River Delta with emerald green rice paddies stretching for as far as the eyes can see. On arrival at Halong, you get to enjoy a cruise on the Bay to better explore the limestone rocks and the karst grottoes.
