About Princeton

Home to the prestigious Princeton University, this New Jersey municipality was created in 2013 from the merger of Borough of Princeton and Princeton Township. Princeton is the location of the state governor's official residence, though New Jersey's capital is Trenton. In addition to the famous university, other notable sites are The Albert Einstein House, Stony Brook Meeting House and Cemetery, Princeton Theological Seminary and the Washington Oak.
