About Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Visitor Center

Take a three-mile drive through macadamia nut orchards on the Big Island to reach the Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Visitor Center where you'll be treated to free samples of the nuts and other goodies while you hear about the process of growing these delicious snacks and preparing them for sale. Visitors will see how Mauna Loa's different macadamia nut products are made including the chocolate-dipped shortbread cookies. You'll also be able to purchase certain macadamia nut treats that are available nowhere else!
