About Granada Plaza Nueva

This square covers the River Parro in Granada and was built to create more space in the city. Today the square is lined with hotels and restaurant terraces. Other sites include the Royal Chancellery, built in 1530 and now used as the High Court; the San Gil and Santa Ana Church, which replaced the Almazora mosque in 1537; and the Fountain of the Bull.
