A key part in any Hemingway themed tour, the Floridita is a historic restaurant and cocktail bar at the end of Obispo Street in Old Havana. It was frequently visited by Ernest Hemingway while he stayed at the Hotel Ambos Mundos from 1932-1939. Today the restaurant still runs and features photos, a bust, and a life-size bronze statue of Ernest Hemingway. Along with him other intellectuals and writers have visited the restaurant, from Ezra Pound to Henry Graham Greene.
