This distillery is part of the Malt Whisky Trail in Speyside’s whisky country. Established in 1824, Cardhu is the only malt distillery started by a woman. Today it produces 12-, 15- and 18-year-old Cardhu, and is used in some Johnnie Walker blends. Just a short walk from Cardhu Country House, the distillery is set in a beautiful countryside that has lovely Bed and Breakfasts to make visitors feel right at home.
