The Bethune Memorial House was the birthplace and former home of Dr. Henry Norman, a medical innovator and physician who introduced modern medicine to China. The house functions as a museum that commemorates the life and achievements of Dr. Henry Norman. The house was built in 1880 and is a National Historic Site located in the town of Gravenhurst in Ontario, Canada. The house was bought by the federal government's Department of External Affairs and restored by Parks Canada, which is also responsible for the house's operation. The museum also features a bronze statue of Dr. Henry Norman which was unveiled in 2002.
