About Art Deco District

This old Miami Beach historic district is a nationally recognized and designated area with 800 historic buildings built in the early 20th century. The unique style of architecture easily is identified by pastel colorways and Parisian inspired Neo-classical design. The Art Deco District is located in Miami's South Beach neighborhood and is on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
