Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, the safari takes you to the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National through Nairobi. Proceed on passing through the Great Rift Valley to arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on the afternoon game drive with the park. The park boasts a huge variety of wildlife, including leopard which is often found snoozing on the branches of the magnificent yellow-barked acacias, lion, buffalo, hippo, waterbuck, warthog, baboon, the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe only found in this park in Kenya, white rhino and the rare black rhino are protected here too. Later return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Lake Nakuru National Park - Masai Mara National Reserve

The Masai Mara is arguably Kenya’s most popular game reserve. It is famous and most visited game reserve in Kenya. The film “Out of Africa” was made to a great extend in this sanctuary. There is a profusion of all types of wildlife including the big five. A spectacle worth seeing is the annual migration of millions of wildebeests, zebras, and assorted antelopes from the Serengeti plains across the Tanzania border and the Mara River to reach Masai Mara grazing fields from late June. The game reserve abounds with birdlife close to about four hundred and fifty two odd species have been recorded.

Masai Mara - Serengeti National Park

Depart to Serengeti in the morning after breakfast with packed lunch. You will stop at Kenya Tanzania boarder at Isebania, clear with immigration thereafter change of vehicle from the Kenyan one to Tanzanian. Serengeti is a Maasai word that means ‘endless plains. The park lies in a high plateau between the Ngorongoro highlands as well as bordering Kenya on the north. Arrival at the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at Speke Bay Lodge.

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive into the Park for game drive in the world-famous wildlife sanctuary, Serengeti National Park – the largest National Park in Tanzania is about 14,763 sq kms in area. Summed up as ‘one of the most unique areas in the world. The Serengeti contains the largest remaining concentration of plains game in Africa, on a scale, which has no parallel anywhere else in the world. The abundance of herbivores includes Wildebeest, Zebra, Gazelle, Topi, Buffalo, and Hartebeest, just to name a few. Serengeti is also famous for predators such as Lion, Cheetah, Leopard, Hyena and hundreds of birdlife species have been recorded. Enjoy your picnic lunch and thereafter, proceed for dinner and overnight stay at lodge on full board.

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, enjoy your game drive within Serengeti National Park as you depart to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with picnic lunch. Explore various areas Moro kopjes and Gol kopjes as you search for any kill. The extensive grasslands are interspersed with Kopjes – rocky outcrops like islands in the flat plain, each with their own wildlife communities. Discover the Seronera Rivers that flow through the park, providing habitats for a variety of birds, mammals and reptiles. Afternoon proceed to Nabi Hill gate where you will have your memorable picnic lunch, then proceed further to Malanja depression that leads you to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and later to the Lodge, with clouds rolling over the rim like a misty waterfall, the setting is dreamy. The lodge fits into the contours of the Ngorongoro crater rim built of volcanic rock. It offers a spectacular view of the Ngorongoro Crater floor, yet it is virtually invisible when you are down on the crater floor on your game drive. In the evening have dinner and overnight stay at the camp on full board basis.

On this day you will depart to Africa’s Eden for tours of Ngorongoro Crater. The Crater is a famous for its Big Five and home to rare Black Rhino and has its own Soda Lake. Descend 2,200 feet for a thrilling day among Africa’s Big Five Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Black Rhino and Leopard, before returning to the lodge later in the afternoon. In the evening have dinner and overnight stay at the camp on full board basis.

After breakfast your Safari takes you to Amboseli National Park, the park is adjacent to the highest free-standing mountain Mount Kilimanjaro. Also known as the “Roof of Africa”. Enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way, upon arrival at the Namanga – border between Kenya and Tanzania, clear with immigration, then change vehicle and driver as you continue with your journey to Amboseli. Have lunch and later on, embark on afternoon game drive within Amboseli National Park and returning to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Amboseli National Park

On this day you will enjoy the morning and afternoon game drives within the park with mid-morning leisure at the camp. Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya's most popular parks. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust", and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. In the evening return to the camp after game drive for dinner and overnight stay.

    • Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers of occupants (hereinafter collectively called a CANCELLATION) are subject to cancellation and No Show fees at the discretion under the following terms:
      PEAK SEASON: (Jun 16 - Oct 31, Dec 1 - Jan 2)
      * 0 - 23 days prior to departure date: no refund;
      * 25 - 32 days prior to departure date: 50% penalty; 
      * 33 - 41 days prior to departure date: 25% penlaty;
      * 43 days and more prior to departure date: 10% penlaty.
      HIGH / LOW SEASON (Jan 3 - Jun 15, Nov 1 - 30)
      * 0 - 17 days prior to departure date: no refund;
      * 18- 32 days prior to departure date: 50% penalty; 
      * 33- 42 days prior to departure date: 25% penlaty;
      * 43 days and more prior to departure date:  10% penlaty.
    • Acclimatization: Upon arrival, you will have a night for acclimatization before embarking on the safari. It is advisable to dress appropriately depending with the weather.
    • Safety & Security: Normal precautions as in any other destination world-wide should be taken. Visitors are advised not to leave cash and valuables in their hotel rooms but to make use of safe deposit boxes and safes. One should never carry large sums in cash and women should keep a tight grip on handbags in crowds or busy streets. As in all major cities walking alone or in small groups at night should be considered a hazard and avoided. Reliable taxis are available at all the principal hotels. Taking photographs is prohibited near military installations, policemen, the president, the national flag, the State House, state lodges, soldiers, prisons and prisoners etc. Seek assistance from your driver/guide before photographing local people & permission should be obtained.
    • Health & Medical Advice: The client shall confirm that he/she is medically fit, in good physical and mental health and is able to embark on the tour. Any client with a pre-existing medical condition or illness must declare such conditions to the company before commencement of the tour. Kenya & Tanzania requires a vaccination certificate against yellow fever and now Covid-19 negative test. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate vaccinations. An anti-malarial prophylactic is highly recommended for all African countries. Please check with your doctor for advice on other vaccination precautions against typhoid, tetanus, polio, meningitis and hepatitis. Travel insurance is strongly recommended in event of accident or sickness while on safari. A personal health insurance cover is strongly recommended too.
    • Medical Supplies: All vehicles are equipped with first aid kit, sanitizers and thermos gun for Covid-19 prevention measures. It is advisable to travel with a small medical kit that includes any basic remedies you may need, such as antacids, painkillers, anti-histamines and cold remedies. Take along scissors, tweezers, and thermometer, lip salve, sun block, water purification tablets or drops, as well as your preferred brands of toiletries and cosmetics. Also take a torch and a pocket knife.
    • Travel Insurance: We advise clients to take a Travel Insurance cover before taking any safari.
    • Checklist for tour: A passport that is valid for six months beyond the intended length of stay, Entry eVisas to Kenya and Tanzania (applied online prior to arrival), Return Air Ticket, Travel Insurance, Medical Cover, comfortable clothing & shoes, insect repellant, Camera, Adapter plugs, convertors for electrical devices, Sun glasses, hat, sun screen, Binoculars, Basic medical kit, light rain gear & Money for souvenirs.
    • Itinerary Disclaimer
      - In order to confirm the booking, 25% non-refundable & non-transferable fee is required for any travel arrangement.
      - Transportation will be in safari van or 4 X 4 land cruiser safari vehicle with pop up roof top. Trained English Speaking driver/guides are provided unless any passenger specially requests a professional Translator in which case, an extra charge will be levied.
    • The company and its agents act only as agents in all matter relating to tours. The Company’s liability to passengers is dictated by the appropriate law of the country in which the tour takes place; however, the company accepts no responsibility for any person’s illness, injury, delays, loss or damages from any cause whatsoever. Personal Travel insurance is highly recommended before taking any tour.
    • The company reserves the right to alter arrangements on the route or to cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of any tour at any time. In which event an equitable amount will be refunded.
    • Rates Increment: Itinerary rates are based on present date on Park fees, Government Tax and current Fuel price. In future if the Government and National Parks decide to Increase on their rates, an addition surcharge shall apply on per person rate.
    • Money Exchange: There are Forex bureaus available at the airport, malls, banks, and major towns. Major Credit Cards are often accepted in larger towns and at lodges, but in markets and with vendors along the road, cash works best, and bargaining is expected. We recommend that you take traveler’s checks rather than carrying large amounts of cash. Many travelers find it useful to carry a hand calculator to estimate dollar values while shopping. ATM machines are not widespread and may only be found in major capitals; consult your own bank before departure.
    • Trip Members' Responsibility: Abide to the law of state, respect the local people, do not litter, animals have the right of way and alight at designated areas or points in either National parks.
  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
  • The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.

* Accommodation is based on per person sharing a twin/double/triple room or tent. Single rooms are available at an additional cost and all rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
* Sharing a room with two adults, children ages 3 to 11 years are charged 50% of per person sharing.
* Travelling with Parents, children ages 2 years and below sharing a room with an adult is free of charge. 
Easter & Festive Supplement USD$50.00 per person per day - 24, 25, 26, 31st Dec & 1st Jan. When your tour occurs during the date, we will confirm you the final price.

  • Reservation Info

      1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
      2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
      3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
