Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance from the date of departure to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellations during 24 - 72 hours of the rental, only 50% refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours, no refund.
All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own.
For safety reasons, we do not allow children’s attachments like trailers and tag-a-longs on tours
No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present
