I had the absolute best time in NZ. This was my first time traveling with Intro. Our group leader, Lauren, was 15/10. She made the trip so enjoyable, informative, and stress free. I can;t wait to go on my next tour in September!

So weve just wrapped up our trip here in New Zealand. I cant say I knew exactly what to expect but I hoped for good times and good people and its been just that to say the least. When it comes to organised trips I usually have a fear that t..heres going to be quite a bit of hand holding; however, our guide, Tommy was just as much a part of the group as anyone else. The only difference being he had the role of organising everything and went above and beyond to look out for everyone and was very helpful in answering all our questions and helping with bookings for trips and ongoing travel arrangements, and generally caring to make sure we all got the most out of the trip. Absolutely wonderful tour of the North Island of New Zealand. Got to see and experience so much in just nine days and cant wait to come back for more! Our group leader Ollie was just wonderful, full of fun facts and games to get us all into.. the swing of things, and she was consistently so kind, supportive and approachable. Lots of optional extras and opportunities to try things you might never ever have considered before.
