I was on Bali experience 12 days, and my tour leader was Ippy. I had such a great experience havim him as a leader, easy to communicate, super fun, very accommodating. All in all amazing!!!

We did the Bali Experience 12 days. Andri was an incredible tour leader, he ensured all of us were looked after and never had a thing to worry about. When a few of us fell unwell he would always go the extra mile to make sure we were ok. Hi..s knowledge on Bali was amazing and he was such a kind, funny person. Andri was training Carolyn on the tour who was also such an amazing person and fit in so well. She will be an amazing tour guide. I felt safe at all times especially being so far away from home. I enjoyed the itinerary for Bali experience 12 days. You get to see different areas of Bali, from rice fields, monkey forest and the beaches and islands. The tour guides throughout the trip were awesome! I would like to thank my group leade..rs Andri and Carolyn who was in training at that time. They looked after us throughout the trip and checked in on us regularly. Thank you for making my first group trip an amazing and fun one! Will be highly recommending Intro to my friends! Everything ran so smoothly and well organised it was so lovely not to have to think about any planning for activities or transfers. The Bali experience 15 day itinerary was full of experience..s I would have never thought to do unless I was part of the group. There was a wide range of cultural as well as adventurous activities and a little bit of free time for ourselves. I would suggest doing the 15 days not just the 12 as ending the trip in Nusa allowed for more chilled time and we were incredibly lucky to see Manta Rays on the snorkelling activity included. Our group leader was Andri, he made us feel so relaxed and was so helpful that he speaks Balinese. Andri is so knowledgable and the perfect guide making our trip so fun and exciting. Andri was training Carolyn which was lovely to have two group leaders, Im sure Carolyn will go on to be an amazing tour guide too! Read full review

Highly recommend Intro Travel if you want to tick a location off your bucket list. That was Bali for me and it was absolutely beyond my expectations. I chose the 12 day Bali experience and had Katie as our Group Leader. She made the experie..nce so comfortable and enjoyable. No question or request was too much. Thanks so much again for everything Katie! You are the best! The agenda was perfectly diverse, and I love how Intro works with local families to support them and their businesses. The local guides we had were all wonderful and hilarious characters, bringing all temple, rice fields and monkey forest visits to the next level. I really enjoyed having everything perfectly planned out and arranged, it took all the stress out of the usual travelling. 1000% would I look to tick off another bucket list location with Intro Travel.
