I had Niamh in Bali as my tour leader, I couldnt have been luckier!!! She was so much fun but remain professional and responsible. Would recommend!!!!

I had Niamh for my group in Bali. Her cultural knowledge was amazing and you could tell she was passionate about the country. She even learnt the local language and used it to communicate with the guides!! Overall 10/10 experience :))))

Thanks so much Katie for the last 2 weeks. Your an absolute star and intro is lucky to have you. Especially when we had that awful travel day and my phantom rabies scare, you dealt with it all very well. I highly recommend any intro trip, d..oing both Thailand and Bali was a perfect first month traveling. They encapsulate all parts of your chosen destination, from the calmer retreats to buzzing towns with nightlife. I suspect thats the case with all their destinations, hence why Ive booked Sri Lanka to do one day with intro as well! Read full review

Just finished the 9 day Intro Tour around Bali and had the most amazing time!! It was my first time using Intro Travel and was pleasantly surprised! Everything was well organised, the activities were great and most of all my trip leader Ipp..y was the absolute best!! He always brought the vibes and had a smile on his face. Not only this but was a constant source of support, checking in regularly and honestly went above and beyond. He even supported me to organise travel after my tour ended, ensuring I was safe and supported on my way to my next destination. I always felt safe on this tour and would absolutely recommend it to anyone - particularly first time solo travellers! Read full review
