Very nice trip!! The first part was driven by Vittoria, a bit like Nanny McPhee, but Super!!!!! Philadelphia was almost useless, apart from Hamish Washington, interesting, but it could be better!! Carlo was the driver... sufficient! The EDI.. drivers were a bit distracted, but good!! Guillermo, apart from the potholes... he hit them all, was sufficient. Read full review

The tour was as expected, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable.

It was a great itinerary. We covered a whole lot of areas in that short time. Niagara Falls was the best. White House & Capitol in Washington DC was amazing. First 3 days we had this amazing young lady tour guide. Her knowledge was exceptio..nal. We learnt a lot from her. Unfortunately the last 2 days we had 3 guides on the bus. But no one knew what they were doing. It was very confusing disappointing & frustrating. I don’t blame them. They are nice people. But organisational skills were very poor. I’m sure it’s not their fault. I think it’s the management’s fault. Please make sure this is not going to happen again for future travelers. Thanks. Read full review
