100% By: Anonymous | Sun Aug 24, 2025 at 12.00 AMAs for a Philadelphia tour, I'd highlight it as a stop, and I recommend hotels closer to Washington, not at the highway stations. You can't go out in the evenings. Carlo, the guide, was excellent, very knowledgeable, and helpful.
