Danny did such a great job with the tour. He was very informative and very kind. I would recommend this to a friend. The schedule was perfect. I didn’t feel rushed at all.

This was a great tour as far as the bus driver and guides. Our Navajo guide , Kyle, was exceptional. He took such great pictures that we will treasure. Out tour guide, Kevin, was very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. It wou..ld have been nice to have bottled cold water rather than just bottles of water.
The bus ride was terribly hot. We were last to board because we were picked up at Excalibur and and shuttled to the main bus. Only seat left was broken and under the air conditioning so no relief from the air conditioner or no shade on the back window. Also it was confusing whether I needed to print out an eticket. Also it would have been nice to know there was an option of Chinese buffet or subway.
I did appreciate all the confirmations that I received but the email did have the wrong pickup time.Read full review
The departure time was changed from the original, and we missed the bus by 5 minutes. The tour guide was not willing to help/wait when we told her we were in an Uber on the way. No refund available and poor customer service. Not satisfied w..ith the company at all.Read full review
The van was very hot in the back. When I and others complained, the Chinese driver said he didn’t have money for a new van. He used vacuum hoses to improvise his AC vent. But it didn’t work. He laughed when we complained. He charged us ..extra $10 for service fees. What fees? He is very bad with history of the sites.Read full review

Unfortunately, your Driver has not performed well during the time of our tour. because during the initial ride to our first destination to the Horse Shoe Bend, the driver began falling asleep numerous of time on the wheel 20 minutes pr..ior to our destination in broad daylight causing the tour bus to sway between our lane, and oncoming traffic inches away from hitting a divider. Luckily, one of the passengers screamed making to driver wake up just in time to jerk the steering wheel left just miss the divider. We also made it as a group on this bus NOT to let our driver drive us back to our hotel. Myself and one other guy in our group took the initiative to make sure all passengers drive back to our hotel. Also, as we returned back to the hotel I began having back pains from the whiplash from the drive.Read full review
Det er helt umuligt at kommunikere med arrangørerne og få svar på sine spørgsmål på forhånd, er det robotter, man skriver med? Det var i hvert fald goddag mand økseskaft og nye "underskrivere" der svarede hver gang, selv om det var ..fortløbende korrespondance.
Selve turen var fin - og med en dygtig og vidende guide.
Men flere af spisestederne var alt for fyldte, og der var alt for lidt tid til både at finde ud af, hvad der foregik, hvordan man fik mad (og ikke mindst betalte), og nå at spise.Read full review
