The visit to Christ Church, Malacca was particularly meaningful—built in the 18th‐century, it’s still in use and radiates calm dignity. Walking around and taking in the old pews and windows felt like stepping back in time.

The walk along the Malacca River was unexpected and lovely—once a trading route, now a quiet path where you can feel the city’s history underfoot. The optional river cruise looked tempting and next time we’ll take it.
