The personnel that you first interact with ( the parking attendant, the people in the ticket booth, the personnel giving you information before the tour) could all use a lesson in customer service. They were rude, arrogant, & seemed like th..ey just wanted to give people a hard time. The tour guide we had was absolutely WONDERFUL! I can’t say enough good things about her. She helped everyone in the group get great pictures; took pictures of us with our camera;& was a delight. I believe her name was Julie, but I’m not sure. She lives in Page part of the year & in Mesa part of the year. I highly recommend her, even though I am not sure of her name.Read full review
Very nice tour. My only complaint would be that there were way too many tourists in the canyon at the same time. I felt rushed which detracted from the experience.
Two of the guides were very rude. One guide belittled an elderly woman and another yelled at me while I took a photo of my kids. The tour was crammed with far too many people. It was an awful experience.
Tour was a great experience. My only complaint was that there were too many tours going through the canyon at the same time - hard to hear the tour guide and it was very distracting.
Enjoyed the experience - a very unique and beautiful sight to see. I have only one complaint - too many people going through the canyon at the same time - sometimes hard to hear the tour guide and it was very distracting.

My opinion is that there were unadvertised costs associated with upper and lower tours. Other than the added costs, both tours were outstanding. Both tour guides exceptional and very professional.
Wonderful experience!!! Beautiful and timeless scenery. Our guide, Nelly, made what was already great even better!! Her personality and knowledge of the canyon are unmatchable!!!!! We did have an unfortunate run in with another tour gui..de, Alicia, who yelled at our group “no pictures in the light beams, no pictures, go go go, hurry up hurry up” we felt very uncomfortable and I thought this must be a Navajo no no, like it was against the people’s beliefs until I turned around and watched her guide her group into the light for plenty of photo opportunities. Very disappointing as I paid hundreds of dollars for 4 of us to experience the canyon.Read full review
