The highlights were just as advertised and even more beautiful in person. I loved that the guide took time to answer our questions and made sure everyone was comfortable.
The Golden Route was perfectly organized. Gongju and Buyeo gave a glimpse of ancient kingdoms, while Jeonju was charming with its hanok houses. Yeosu’s coastal views were amazing, and the seafood there was some of the freshest I’ve ever.. had. Busan was lively and exciting, but then we slowed down in Gyeongju and Andong to appreciate Korea’s heritage. The mountains near Pyeongchang and Mt. Sorak were simply stunning. This tour offers a wonderful overview of South Korea's top attractions. I loved exploring the historic cities of Gyeongju and Andong, as well as the natural beauty of Damyang's bamboo forest. Traveling on this Golden Route was a dream. I enjoyed the diversity of experiences, from learning about Confucian culture in Andong to hiking in Mt. Sorak. The seafood in Yeosu was outstanding, and Jeonju’s traditional streets were pictur..e-perfect. Gwangju’s modern museums added variety. The hotels were comfortable, and the included breakfasts were filling. The bus rides were smooth, and the guide was always ready to help. This 8-day Golden Route tour was extraordinary. We started from Incheon and visited historic Gongju and Buyeo, where the ancient Baekje culture was fascinating. Each city brought a new perspective, from Gwangju’s modern energy to the peac..eful temples in Suncheon. Jeonju’s Hanok Village was an absolute highlight with its traditional houses and local cuisine. Busan’s beaches and seafood were unforgettable. Gyeongju and Andong gave us deep insight into Korea’s heritage. The mountains at Pyeongchang and Mt. Sorak were breathtaking. A fantastic way to see Korea in less than a week. The itinerary covered major highlights while leaving some personal time. Seoul’s shopping streets and Busan’s coastal temples offered variety and balance. The hotels provided everything ..I needed, and transportation was smooth. The itinerary was rich and varied. Every destination had something unique: Gongju’s fortress, Jeonju’s food, Yeosu’s sea, Busan’s temples, Gyeongju’s ancient observatory, and Mt. Sorak’s views. Our guide managed to keep us on sc..hedule without ever making us feel rushed. The accommodations were consistently good, and the transportation was clean and reliable. This Korea Express Tour was phenomenal. Every day brought something new – from exploring the palaces of Seoul to enjoying the ocean breeze in Busan. The guide’s knowledge of history made the sights come alive, and I appreciated the frie..ndly atmosphere within the group. The hotels were comfortable, and breakfasts were filling.
