We were picked up right on time at 7:30 AM and enjoyed a smooth, air-conditioned drive to Ipoh. Our guide was knowledgeable about the history of the railway station and the colonial-era buildings, which really enriched the experience.

Visiting Kellie’s Castle and the limestone cave temples at Perak Tong Cave Temple was a real highlight. The contrast between the unfinished mansion's mystery and the serene Buddha statues inside the cave made for memorable stops.
