I cannot recommend this Golden Route enough. It was such a complete introduction to Korea. We saw traditional culture in Andong, history in Buyeo, and modern life in Gwangju. Jeonju’s food scene was incredible, and Busan’s nightlife was.. fun and vibrant. The natural scenery in Suncheon and Mt. Sorak added balance to the cultural sites. Our bus was comfortable, and hotels exceeded expectations. The pace was active but manageable. It was the best way to cover so many regions in eight days.Read full review

The group was small, which meant the guide could answer everyone’s quest..ions. Hotels were central, making it easy to go out in the evenings. Six days went by quickly but left me with lasting memories. I particularly liked the balance of guided activities and free exploration.Read full review
