Monaco felt like a James Bond movie set, while Rome was pure history. Loved learning about perfume in Eze — such a unique touch! Food and wine were excellent everywhere

Visiting Florence’s Duomo and then gliding across Lake Lucerne in one trip was surreal. Even the long ride from Avignon to Paris at the end had beautiful countryside. The guide balanced facts and humor well. I savored every day.

I enjoyed early starts but wished for longer dinners in Paris. That said the guide’s recommendation for a riverside bistro was perfect. The tour organization was solid. I left happy with one small adjustment in mind.
