I admit the reservation said clearly we must be there at least one hour before the beginning, otherwise our tour would be voided. We arrived 10 minutes late (at 9.11) and they didn't want .. This normally wouldn’t be a problem but he rushed us by the end of the tour. Granted we had to use the restroom a lot. Perhaps it would have been nice to know up .. Read full review
