Overall, it was an enjoyable trip, but I had some mixed feelings. Booking was hassle-free, and I did appreciate the 24/7 customer support. They helped me sort out a couple of last-minute changes to my itinerary with no issue. The transporta..tion was decent, though there were a few long stretches of time where it felt like we weren’t really exploring.
Accommodation was nice, though nothing too luxurious. The glass-roofed cabin was cool, but I didn’t get to see the Northern Lights from it, which was disappointing. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly, but the activities felt a bit rushed at times.
I did enjoy the activities—especially the husky safari and the king crab feast, which were highlights. However, the tour could’ve used a bit more flexibility and less time on the road.Read full review
The 7-Day Lapland Adventure was overall a wonderful experience! Booking was easy, and I was really impressed by how quick and helpful the customer service was when I needed assistance with transportation details. They even gave me a heads-u..p when my flight was delayed, which was a nice touch.
The transportation was good, though we did spend a lot of time traveling between destinations. The guides were fantastic—knowledgeable and personable. The itinerary was packed with amazing activities, and the Northern Lights were truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The accommodations were comfortable, and the glass-roofed cabin was perfect for viewing the Aurora. The only reason I’m not giving this a full 5 stars is that there were a few scheduling hiccups with some of the activities, which felt a little rushed. Otherwise, it was an unforgettable trip!Read full review
I can’t recommend this trip enough! From the smooth booking process to the amazing customer support (they’re available 24/7, which was great), this was an adventure that didn’t disappoint. The transportation was well-organized, though.. a bit more time for exploration would have been perfect.
The tour guide was fantastic—really informative and always made sure we were comfortable. The itinerary was packed, but I loved the variety of experiences. The Sami culture, husky safari, and the wildlife park were definitely highlights.
The accommodation was solid, but my favorite part was the stay in the Aurora Treehouse. It was so cozy, and we had the perfect view of the Northern Lights. This trip is definitely worth it for the experience, but I would have liked a bit more time to relax between activities.Read full review
