It's good but the price is completely unreasonable. We basically get to the Falls and have 4.5hts to send there. Guided tour for only 2 hrs ( one of them we're on the boat so there's no actual guiding ), and the rest 2.5 hrs for us to decid..e what to do....? That's not why I paid the guided tour for. The money is just too much. Wouldn't do it again, unless it was 100$ or something. The Falls were beautiful though. Read full review

There was no toilet in bus, there was cranking noice in the bus

Excellent service and tour guide (LULU) . Only thing is that there is so many things to do at the park and such little time.

Great Guide man. Alejandro garzon. He did all possible to keep us satisfied. The tour, Bad scheduling, all in hands of a guide, not supported by anyone. Did not followed the offered service. Changes of plans. Planning on the knees on the ro..ad. It was a 18 hours tour. We took 14 hours on the road, so we had 4 hours to be at Niagara. The tour was not supposed to cross Canadian frontier. We crossed. It took us more than 2 hours waiting for migration issues. On the line and on migration offices. We lost 1.5 hours waiting for he guide to found ticket offices to go to a tour under the waterfalls. It was the first time he bought the tickets. It took us another 1.5 hours hours to go under and we had 45 minutes to eat. So we had 15 minutes to admire Niagara falls. None else could support the guide to get tickets before our arrival. We could save 1.5 hours of our tour. None told us our guide to do not cross the frontier. Some people of the tour couldn't go through because lack of documents, they stayed at USA without guide. A boat trip was included. The boat was not operating, it is understandable, but none informed us about it when I bought the tickets. I will not recommend this tour to anyone. We were supposed to arrive at 10 pm, we arrived at 1 am, 3 hours late. I paid around 400 USD for 2 tickets, I will be pleased to get a refund of my money back as we did not get what we purchased.it was a bad experience. Read full review

Tutto ben organizzato, se non fosse che abbiamo perso due ore perché si è rotto il pullman. Comunque gli organizzatori hanno fatto il possibile per risolvere il problema.
