We had Eric as our tour manager and everything went smoothly. Accommodation at the Hotel Arcade (Lucerne), Belstay (Mestre/Venice), Hampton Inn (Rome), and Ibis Style (Avignon) were great however, there were some minor issues in 2 hotels (G..enoa, Arezzo). The tour itinerary is perfect for first-timers in Europe because you will get to see all the iconic sites in 7 days, but you will only get limited time in each city because you will be traveling most of the time to get from one city to another. We booked our 7-day Europe tour with Tours4fun and had an amazing experience with the tour company they partner with – goEUgo (Green Line). Even though it was only 7 days to visit many cities, we felt that there was enough time to see th..e highlights, experience local cuisine, and take plenty of photos. We were very lucky to have Lex as our tour leader. Lex was not only professional, experienced, patient, approachable, had a great sense of humor and mostly importantly, he treated everyone like his own family. It was easy to like Lex. Our safety and satisfaction were always his top priorities throughout the tour, and it clearly showed. The premium motorcoach with A/C was clean and comfortable. Our driver Pietro (Peter) was an excellent bus driver, and we had NOT once felt unsafe or spotted any tiredness during the trip. There was plenty of time to relax, take in the sights, take a nap between destinations, with adequate stops for food and bathroom breaks. Lex kept us entertained with movies, interesting inspiring stories, and provided the history about the cities we visited. We learned so much! goEUgo is a great tour company that is very organized and we felt that we received great value with the tour, optional activities, and the hotel selections which included breakfast. We can’t thank Lex, Peter, and trainee Susan enough for our first European tour that our family will always treasure with great memories. you will get to see significant landmarks at each stop despite short stays in the city. florian, our tour guide, really took care of us the entire tour. he also gives brief history of cities we went into. all our local tour guides are great.., very knowledgeable. i'm glad that everyone on the tour were also always on time so we get to leave and be on schedule on our designated stops. you should try the optionals for added experience. love the hotels as well!
