My family (myself, wife, daughter, and mother) joined Mr. Charles Yan's tour from March 18th to 24th. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Yan for his exceptionally professional service. Mr. Yan's commentary was extremely p..rofessional, and his storytelling about the historical background and anecdotes at each attraction always kept us engaged. He was very attentive, noticing when my daughter was feeling unwell during lunch and inquiring if she was feeling car sick or uncomfortable.
