6-Day Tour from Boston: New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Niagara Falls

Depart from Boston in the morning, and heading to New York. At a first glance, traveling around the entire of New York City seems like the mission impossible; however, our highly organized tour is specially designed for you: by visiting amounts of famous landmarks, you will learn more of the city’s unique history, culture, and the core spirit of the New Yorkers!

Today, we will drive to Philadelphia, the City of Friendship, visit the Independence Historical Park and witness the history of American independence. Then go to Washington, the political center of the United States, the capital, where the White House, U.S. Capitol are located. It also has many museums and is a famous tourist destination.

New York → Philadelphia → Independence National Historical Park (30 mins) → Washington D.C. → U.S. Capitol In-depth Tour + The National Archives (Optional, inside visit U.S. Capitol & The National Archives + outside visit Supreme Court of the United States & Library of Congress, 120 mins) → White House (Outside visit, 30 mins) → Lincoln Memorial, Korean War Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial (45 mins) → Hotel

If unable to enter U.S. Capitol, the attraction will be replaced with the Washington D.C. In-depth Tour (optional).

Washington D.C. In-depth Tour itinerary: Air Force Memorial (20 mins)→ Thomas Jefferson Memorial(20 mins) → World War II Memorial (20 mins) 

Today we will be heading to the Corning Glass Museum! The museum is located in western New York and is dedicated to history, art, and the science behind glassmaking. Following, we will be visiting Niagara Falls and overlooking the American Fall, the Horseshoe Fall, and the Bridal Veil Fall! Here, you will be simply amazed by the beauty of the falls and what makes Niagara Falls worth the visit.

Corning Museum of Glass (Optional, 90 mins) → Watkins Glen State Park + Finger Lake (Optional, 90 mins, it will not be visited based on attraction closure) → Hotel → Niagara Falls Night Tour (Optional, 90mins)

Kindly Reminder: Watkins Glen State Park is a summer itinerary, executed after the opening of the canyon, usually from April to October each year.

Itinerary From 05/01/2024:

Corning Museum of Glass (Optional, 90 mins) → Watkins Glen State Park + Finger Lake (Optional, 90 mins, Watkins Glen State Park will not be visited when it is closed) → Niagara Falls Night Tour (Mandatory, 90mins)

Notes:

1. Watkins Glen State Park only opens in summer, usually from April to October each year. Since it requires parking fees and permits to enter Watkins Glen State Park and the Finger Lakes for travel buses , an additional fee of $22 per person will be charged.

2. In order to ensure a better experience for guests, it is guaranteed that guests can watch the fireworks show at the waterfall on that day (except that there is no fireworks show on that day).



    

Today we will be exploring the true beauty and nature of Niagara Falls! Niagara Falls is a group of three waterfalls at the southern end of Niagara Gorge, spanning the border between the province of Ontario in Canada and the state of New York in the United States. Later, we will drive to Boston.

Summer Itinerary: (Apply when Maid of the Mist resumes)

Niagara Falls In-depth Tour (optional, 120 mins, include Whirlpool State Park and Old Fort Niagara State Park) → Maid of the Mist (Optional, 40mins, it will not be visited based on attraction closure) → Niagara Falls Daytime View (30 mins) → Boston

Winter Itinerary: (Apply when Maid of the Mist closes)

Niagara Falls In-Depth Tour (optional, 120 mins, include Whirlpool State Park and Old Fort Niagara State Park) → Cave of the Winds (optional, 45 mins) → Niagara Falls Daytime View (30 mins) → Boston

Special Notes:

1. In case of the closure of Old Fort State Park, the in-depth tour of Niagara Falls will be cancelled.

2. Maid of the Mist Niagara Falls Boat usually closed in winter season, it will not be visited based on attraction closure.

3. Cave of the Winds usually closed on 12/22/2022 and 01/01/2023, it will not be visited based on attraction closure.

Summer Itinerary: (Applied when Maid of the Mist opens)

Niagara Falls Classic Tour (Optional, 2.5 hours, Whirlpool Park + Cave of the Winds + Maid of the Mist included) → Boston

Winter Itinerary: (Applied when Maid of the Mist closes)

Niagara Falls Classic Tour (Optional, 2.5 hours, Whirlpool Park + Cave of the Winds + Old Fort Niagara State Park included) →  Boston

Notes:

1. In case of the closure of Old Fort State Park, the attraction will be canceled.

2. Maid of the Mist Niagara Falls Boat usually closes in winter, and it will not be visited during the closure.

In the morning, we will start the tour with explore Cambridge and Boston and taking the cruise to enjoy a breathtaking view of the Boston harbor. The next stop is the old Quincy Market. The Market was also surrounded by dozens of restaurants for dining option with a variety of authentic cuisines, and absolutely, you cannot miss the famous New England clam chowder.

Boston City Sightseeing pass by Old Trinity Cathedral, Hancock Building, Boston Athenaeum, Boston Park, Swan Lake Park, and overlook the Golden Dome of the State House.
