    * Security Notice: You can upload the photo displayed on the IKON PASS via the link in the email and read and sign the Security Disclaimer Agreement after receiving the confirmation email, or you can complete the relevant procedures at the front desk after arriving at the ski resort.
    * Tips: Skiing is an adventure sport, please wear professional protective gear and warm clothing when skiing. If you have any physical discomfort such as heart disease, high blood pressure, etc., please do not participate in skiing.
    * Other Notes: When purchasing goods or other experiences at most ski resorts, you can enjoy discounts by presenting your IKON PASS Ski Ticket.
    * For college student orders, the following booking information is required: First Name, Last Name, Birthday, College/University, College/University email address, and Birthday.

Notice

Book before you know
1. Ikon base Pass does not include Aspen Snowmass (5 days combined), Jackson Hole, Deer Valley, Alta (5 days combined with Snowbird), Sun Valley, Snowbasin and Taos, additional charge for IKON BASE PLUS PASS.
2. Southern Hemisphere Skiing: The 23/24 Ikon Pass can be used in the Southern Hemisphere in 2023 and 2024 respectively, with access to the snow resorts of Australia, New Zealand and Chile.
3. Spring Skiing: 24/25 Ikon Pass and Ikon Base Pass holders receive immediate access to designated ski resorts, including Big Bear Mountain Resort, Blue Mountain, Stratton, Sugarbush and Snow Valley in March along with Mammoth Mountain, June Mountain, Palisades Tahoe, Winter Park, Tremblant, Steamboat and Solitude in April.

* English tour - full English service in the itinerary, suitable for self-guided and semi-self-guided tourists

* Cancellation Policy: All pass purchases are non-refundable, non transferable and are not for resale.

Expiry date
1. The 24/25 IKON PASS is determined by the specific ski resort. Most ski resorts in the northern hemisphere will open around October-November and most ski resorts in the southern hemisphere will open around May.
2. In the northern hemisphere: This 24/25 IKON PASS can only be used in winter 2024; You can renew the 25/26 IKON PASS and you can use it in winter 2025.
3. In the southern hemisphere: This 24/25 IKON PASS can only be used in winter 2025; You can renew the 25/26 IKON PASS and you can use it in winter 2025.

How to get tickets
1. If you are departing from China, we recommend that you print your tickets on the spot upon arrival at any ski resort.
2. If you are a guest living in the United States or Canada, you can leave your address in the remarks, and the ticket will be mailed to your home free of charge (it will be sent in about one month); Alternatively, you can print your tickets on the spot upon arrival at any ski resort.
3. If you accidentally lose your tickets and need to reprint it, you can replace it at the ski resort Service counter for a fee.

Book before you know for buying a college student snow ticket:
please submit one of the approved forms of documentation at the time of booking. All documentation should be dated and/or show an expiration date. If proper documentation is not provided, the order will be placed on hold and subject to all price increase deadlines.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* If you choose a university student ticket, please be sure to provide photo ID proof: the guest should provide the student card and proof of enrollment (such as the class schedule with the date, etc.).

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
