Itinerary

The answer to riders’ number one request, “Can we ride down the crookedest street?” is “Yes, you can!”

Challenge yourself on this exhilarating fully-narrated advanced tour, designed for guests with prior experience riding an i2 Segway. The tour scoots up Russian Hill, eases down the world’s “crookedest” street, explores North Beach/Little Italy, and glides along San Francisco Bay waterfront.

This Advanced Rider Segway Tour incorporates more riding, bigger hills, and a longer route than our standard tours.

Tips:
All Advanced Tour guests must have a prior (2-hour minimum) tour riding experience in the past year on the i2 Segway.

Special Notes
  • This tour is limited to guests ages 12 and up. We require a minimum of 4 guests for the tour to operate. Individual reservations will be combined into groups of 4 as needed. Guests must weigh a minimum of 100 pounds and not over 250 pounds (45 to 113 kilos). Do not book this tour if you don't want to ride up and down hills or tire easily. You will be standing for 2 hours.
  • We do not offer hotel pick-up service for our tours. All tours start on time so please arrive 15 minutes early.
  • Closed on January 1, November 26th (Thanksgiving), December 25th and 31st
  • Tours depart from the rear parking lot at 757 Beach Street near the corner of Hyde Street. Located across Beach Street from the Hyde Street Cable Car, turn around at Fisherman's Wharf. Our training area is behind a building and is not visible until you are standing at the end of the driveway. There is a Wells Fargo ATM (red sign) at the driveway entrance.
  • Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
    Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in cold weather.
  • In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers, and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
