When will I receive my tickets after booking?
At present, most tickets are instant digital tickets. After you place the order and complete the payment, we will immediately transfer the tickets to the email address you provided in the order via the official Transfer function.
You can log in to the official ticketing account using that email address to receive the tickets and become the new ticket holder with full account control. As the new ticket holder, you may use the tickets, invite guests to enter, or transfer the tickets to others again.
Although you obtain ownership of the tickets, mobile tickets can only be downloaded in the app closer to the match date. The official statement is no later than May. Based on experience from 2022, this is usually about one month before the match.
In May 2026, search for and download the official "FIFA World Cup 2026" app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store (iOS/Android). Register and log in using the email address that received the tickets. You will be able to find the tickets we delivered to you under "My Events." On match day, scan the QR code on the ticket to enter the stadium.
After we deliver the tickets, you will immediately receive an official email titled "Transfer of Ticket(s)." You can follow the instructions in the email to receive the tickets. The steps are as follows:
Open the website: FIFA.com/tickets. Scroll down to the "FIFA World Cup 26" section and click "Explore details" under "Tickets."
After entering the match page, click "Resell/Exchange Now" under the "Marketplace" option.
On the login page, enter your email address and password, then enter the verification code to log in.
If you have not registered, click Sign Up and follow the instructions to register, then log in.
Click your name in the top right corner of the page.
You will be redirected to the homepage, where you can view the tickets transferred to your account. Click "Accept" to complete the ticket acceptance process. Click "My Tickets" to view your tickets.
Please note: At the time of ticket purchase, seats are not assigned. There will be no specific seat number shown on the ticket; only the seating zone is guaranteed. The official seat numbers will be released by FIFA about one month before the match. Guests can check the details in their official app account.
