Some of our activities and tours are physically demanding, and may pose a health or safety risk. For your safety, you must disclose before booking if you are suffering from any injury, medical condition (such as pregnancy, epilepsy, asthma or cardiovascular conditions), disability, disease or illness which may be aggravated by participation in, or may interfere with your ability to safely participate in our products. Reminders
-Check-in at Holt Street Wharf is open at least 1 hour prior to the departure time
-Flash photography is prohibited while dolphin feeding. Please do not wear insect repellents, perfumes, deodorants or sunscreens into the water. Travellers with a cold, flu or respiratory illness are not permitted to join. Wear something you do not mind getting wet and remove any sharp or large hand jewelry. Waterproof waders can be hired from The Eco Centre. Disinfect your hands in the bucket provided before handling the fish. Violators will be asked to leave the water immediately
-One carry-on bag is allowed per traveller (max: H56 x W36 x D23 cm)
