The day before the tour: The evening before your trip, the tour guide will call you via hotel at around 19:00 to 20:00 pm to confirm the exact departure time for the next day. If you are not available at that moment, the guide will leave a message for you at your hotel front desk.

Travel profile: About 5hours for tour in the Mountain, 2.5hours for traffic, 30minutes for lunch on your own

8:30 am: Your guide will be waiting for you in your hotel lobby in the morning at an appointed time around 8:30 am, with holding your name sign .You'll be picked up and drive to Huangshan Scenic Area.

8:30-9:30am: You will be transferred to the Huangshan Scenic Area transfer center, where you are arranged on shuttle bus riding to the Yungu cable station. You can take Yungu cable car at your own expense: CNY 80.00/adult.

10:00am-15:00 pm: Visit the White Goose Peak, the Beginning-to-Believe Peak and Black Tiger pine, etc. Enjoy lunch (not included)on top of the mountain. Visit: the Lion Peak, a monkey gazing at the sea, the flower grown out of a writing brush rock, etc.

15:30pm: Start to descend the mountain by foot or you can take Yungu cable car at your own expense: CNY 80.00/adult.

Around 16:00pm-17:00pm: Return to Huangshan city. Happy end on the day of the trip!

Please note:
• This tour is not open to Chinese passport holders.
• Reservation is required at least 24hours prior to the departure date
• If cable car tickets are needed, the guide can take guests to the ticket counter to purchase them on-site. Payment is usually made by Alipay or cash. Guests will need to provide their passport number, full name, and date of birth.
• Not available during Chinese public holidays. Since the 2026 holiday schedule has not been officially confirmed, all arrangements are subject to final tour confirmation.

Transfer:

Guests staying in city hotels will generally be picked up at Huangshan International Hotel, but the guide will contact them in advance and can pick them up directly from their hotel.
At the end of the tour, guests are usually dropped off at Huangshan International Hotel, and if convenient, the guide can also drop them off at their city hotel.

Booking & Itinerary:

Travel dates cannot be changed after confirmation; any loss caused by changes is the guest's responsibility.
Provide accurate booking info (name, gender, ID/passport, nationality, contact) to avoid errors.
Meals are not included.
Skipping included attractions voluntarily is non-refundable. Refunds only apply to tickets affected by force majeure.
Guides may adjust the itinerary (order of attractions) due to weather or traffic, without removing sites, with guest consent.
If the original itinerary is affected by force majeure, refunds or cost adjustments follow a "overpayment will be refunded, underpayment should be made up" policy.

Mount Huangshan Tips:

Travel light; bring minimal luggage to avoid fatigue.
Weather changes quickly; bring a raincoat for rain, umbrellas not recommended.
Mountain-top hotel provides free down jackets for early morning sunrise.
Wear soft-soled shoes (hiking shoes or sneakers).
Follow the hiking rule: "walk without staring at scenery, look at scenery without walking."
Smoking only in designated areas.
Keep the area clean; use trash bins along the route.
