4. Our specialists fill out the application forms on your behalf and submit all documents to the consulate.

5. Once the visa is issued, Tours4fun will notify you to pick up your passport and visa in person or have them mailed back to you.

• Option 1: Clients may personally visit the Tours4fun Los Angeles office to submit and/or pick up visa materials.

• Option 2: Mail your required visa documents to the designated Tours4fun address at your own shipping cost. Include a self‑addressed, prepaid return envelope with sufficient postage inside the package so we can return your passport and visa after processing.
  Please use USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express (with tracking capability) for the return envelope – no other carriers will be accepted. Keep your tracking number for your own reference when inquiring with the postal service. Affix sufficient postage stamps on the return envelope and clearly write the recipient’s name and address.
