- Please inform guests they MUST be on time or they will be left, with no refunds. The driver will call them approximately 30 minutes before their pick-up time to tell them exactly what time to be out and where. Guests can reach their driver before their pick-up time by calling (702)330-5530. Please write THIS number on the booking slip.
- When calling:
- Guest will be prompted to press 2 if their pick-up is 9:00am or 2:00pm
- They will be prompted to press 3 if their pick-up is 10:00am or 3:00pm
