Notas especiales

  • Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
  • Being properly dressed ensures your comfort, safety, and enjoyment throughout the experience. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse participation if a guest is not adequately dressed for the conditions.
  • In order to participate all adults must sign the electronic waiver form prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour.
  • While this is a morning tour (not sunrise), early hours at Moraine Lake can be cool.
  • We schedule our departures to reach Moraine Lake before the major crowds, allowing for a quieter and more relaxed experience. Please note that Lake Louise is typically busier by the time we arrive, as our visit falls during mid‑day peak hours. Even during busy times, you’ll still have plenty of time to walk the lakeshore, take photos, and enjoy the scenery at your own pace.
  • Parking at hotels and lodges is for registered guests only and is actively monitored.
  • Your driver remains with the vehicle throughout the tour, and belongings may safely remain inside.
  • Bears and other wildlife occasionally appear near popular locations such as the Moraine Lake Rockpile and Fairview Lookout. Carry bear spray where it’s easily accessible. Recommended by Parks Canada for all mountain activities. Wildlife safety information is provided by your guide.
  • Please note the Moraine Lake Rockpile includes ~100 steps, requiring moderate effort.
  • We strongly recommend bringing your own food to save time and maximize your lake experience.
  • A valid Banff National Park entry pass is normally required to visit both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. Summer 2026 update: The Canada Strong Pass provides free admission to national parks from June 19 – September 7, 2026.
  • Dogs are permitted at both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, but must be kept on a leash at all times under Parks Canada regulations. Dogs are not allowed in canoes.
  • Visitors may bring their own food and enjoy picnics at designated areas at both lakes. Please follow wildlife-safe food storage rules and pack out everything you bring.
  • At Lake Louise, service is spotty and unreliable, particularly away from the Fairmont area. Please plan accordingly and do not rely on cell service during your visit.
  • Swimming is not recommended at either lake. Both are glacier-fed and remain near freezing year-round, posing a serious risk of cold shock and hypothermia.
  • Mountain weather can change quickly, as our tours venture into the mountains from early sunrise through sunset and into the nighttime hours. Temperatures in the Rockies are often much cooler than in town, even in summer.

The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
