Itinerario
Forego the busy national park crowds and experience rare sights in the heart of the Grand Canyon at Bar 10 Ranch. This exclusive tour flies guests to the Arizona Strip just miles from the unexplored northern rim of the Grand Canyon and provides an unmatched Grand Canyon National Park experience from a unique vantage point. Visitors will head off the beaten path on a Polaris Ranger and travel along a 4×4 trail through Whitmore Canyon and Lake Mead Recreation Area to the rim of the North Canyon. At 3,000 feet (880 m) above the Colorado River, the sheer drop from the rim at this area offers spectacularly rare views. Guests can take time to explore the unusual collection of desert vegetation and animal life found here, as well. Back at Bar 10 Ranch, relax and enjoy the staff’s hospitality and an authentic Dutch oven barbecue lunch.
Passengers fly to and from Bar 10 Ranch aboard one of our aircraft specifically designed for “flightseeing” while they enjoy the picturesque views over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the mighty Colorado River. All airplanes are equipped with high wings that provide optimal viewing along with a comfortable climate-controlled cabin. As with all of our tours, this one comes complete with complimentary roundtrip shuttle service from Las Vegas to our Boulder City airplane terminal.

- FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge of $30.00 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.
- Bring your I.D. All passengers booked on a tour must have government issued forms of identification.
- Passengers 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification.
- Check-in is 45 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
- Be sure to book your tour as early in your trip as possible.
- Water: You may bring a bottle of water, however the bottle is not allowed to be opened in the aircraft.
- Don't forget your camera! Cameras and phones are allowed and encouraged, but please be aware that the use of "Selfie Sticks" and extending camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.
- Wear sensible shoes. The ground at the Grand Canyon is rough, rocky and uneven. It is important to wear sturdy, toe-covering shoes that can handle rough terrain. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.
- Complimentary hotel transportation is available from most centrally located Las Vegas hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel when you call to confirm your reservation.
- All airplane passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional seat.
- Gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
- All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8484. Please have your reservation number available. Our specialists are available daily from 5:00am to 11:00pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
- Baggage Restrictions
- Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft.
