【From Airport to Hotel】
* At the airport, the driver will wait at the meeting gate holding a sign with your name on it.
* The meeting gate is assigned according to your flight number.
* The driver will be waiting at the airport for free for 1 hour and 30 minutes from the time your flight arrives. (Which is enough time to complete immigration and customs clearance.)
* An overtime fee of ₩20,000.00/hour will be applied to ensure service scheduling.
* After meeting your driver at the meet up point, driver will escort you to your vehicle.
* The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (As shown in the picture, we are carrying more luggage than that. However, it is not our responsibility if you cannot load baggage that exceeds the restrictions.)
* The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of your hotel or Airbnb.

* Free waiting time is 30 minutes.
* An overtime fee of ₩20,000.00/hour will be applied to ensure service scheduling.
* Pick-up location is the hotel lobby or parking lot. (For Airbnb, main entrance.)
* Recommend the meeting time before 4 hours of flight departure.
* We will provide you with the driver and vehicle number the day before pickup.

- Within 3 days, local Korea time, you will still be charged the full tour fee if you wish to cancel or change your tour.
- Up to 4 days before the tour, local Korea time, cancellations or changes can be made for free.
- Due to reasons of airline cancellation, please provide evidence of airline cancellation, the reschedule or refunds is acceptable.
- This tour is led by a Chinese/Korean driver.
- Please provide the following information at least 24 hours in advance, so that we may send you the final confirmation.
- Traveler name and traveler number
- Pick-up / Drop-off time and date
- Flight number
- Contact information (WhatsApp number and Email)
- Hotel name and address - Additional cash charge apply for services outside the confirmed itinerary or transfer zones, payable directly to the driver and calculated based on actual usage.
- Additional charge (₩20,000.00/hour paid in cash to the driver) will be required if the agreed time exceeds.
- This tour requires you to bring a photo ID, such as a foreign passport with a Korean visa.
- If there are discrepancies between flight information and actual time. The actual time will be based on.
- Minors under the age of 19 are required to be always accompanied by at least one adult or to submit a disclaimer signed by their guardian.
