- 32 Days or more Prior to Departure Date: 10% penalty;
- 16-31 Days Prior to Departure Date: 25% penalty;
- 5-15 Days Prior to Departure Date: 50% penalty;
- 4 Days or less Prior to Departure Date: 100% penalty.

Please read over our terms and conditions of travelling with Tours4fun. GENERAL INFORMATION: We reserve the right to alter the order or inclusions of itineraries for operational and safety reasons. We reserve the right cancel tours based on operational or safety reasons. Our tours are not suitable for children under 8 years of age and we reserve the right to refuse to carry passengers under this age. We reserve the right to use an alternate operator of a similar tour for operational reasons. OUR WALKS Our tours visit National Parks and wild areas that involve some walking. They are suitable for people with a reasonable level of fitness. WEATHER CONDITIONS: Tasmania is subject to weather conditions that can change quickly at any time of year. We operate tours in the rain and snow, so we recommend that guests bring clothing and footwear suitable for warm, cold or wet conditions. MINIMUM NUMBERS We reserve the right to cancel departures if there we dot not have sufficient numbers of passengers for travel.
INSURANCE We strongly recommend that passengers travel with travel insurance that protects their financial commitments against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings and travel plans. LIABILITY We make every effort to safeguard our guests, however we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or sickness, to any passenger or damage, loss of property or other events.
What to bring
- A day backpack
- Refillable water bottle
- Closed, sturdy shoes for walking (runners, sneakers, hiking boots)
- Sensible clothes for outdoor conditions (warm layers are a great idea!)
- A waterproof jacket, just in case
- A sunhat and beanie
- A sense of adventure
- Optional: Swimmers and a towel. There’s an opportunity for a refreshing dip on the beach at Wineglass Bay
Important voucher information:
- Please make sure you bring a large refillable water bottle, closed sturdy shoes for walking. We recommend runners, sneakers, hiking boots and sensible clothes for outdoor conditions. Warm layers are a great idea! A waterproof rain jacket, just in case.
- Wineglass Bay Lookout is a 45–60-minute uphill walk, then again back down the hill.
- Swimmers and towel are optional, if you are keen for a swim in the beautiful location of Honeymoon Bay.
- You will have an opportunity to stop enroute to the National Park and purchase a Bakery style lunch to grab sandwiches/wraps etc. Lunch will be enjoyed as you take in the views at Honeymoon Bay.
Special considerations 
Our tours are active and visit National Parks and wild areas that involve some walking. We focus on the great short walks of Tasmania.  Although most of the walks are classified as easy, a suitable level of general health & fitness and physical abilities is essential.  All tour participants will be participating in outdoor, active activities and therefore subject to the outdoor weather conditions of the day.
We educate all our guests on Minimal Impact Bushwalking and the Leave No Trace policy’s before entering our National Parks. We provide accurate interpretation and keep wildlife disturbance to a minimum by viewing from appropriate distances and informing our guests how to view wildlife with patience and respect. Activities are always confined to tracks and boardwalks to minimise negative impacts.
•    This tour is active and involves some walking and is an outdoor activity, so be sure to dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
•    Minimum age to participate in the tour is 8 years
•    All participants should have a sense of adventure, reasonable fitness, and good mobility.
•   You will have an opportunity to stop enroute to the National Park and purchase a Bakery style lunch to grab sandwiches/wraps etc. Lunch will be enjoyed as you take in the views on the white sands of Wineglass Bay beach
