1. This itinerary includes mandatory options (choose 1 out of 2, already included in the tour price): A special lunch at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise or an English afternoon tea. Please select the appropriate package according to your needs.
2. Please provide accurate and complete information when booking (name, gender, contact details, adult or child, etc.) to avoid booking errors and any impact on your trip. Children’s birth dates must be provided in advance to determine if a child safety seat is needed. Any delays or losses caused by missing information will be your responsibility.
3. If you have not received the "Tour Confirmation Letter" 7 days before departure, please contact our staff immediately.
4. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we strongly recommend that you book activity tickets, dining packages, etc., at the time of booking. No additional services can be added within 10 days of departure or during the trip.
5. This is a shared group tour with other independent travelers. We will arrange the itinerary while maintaining the agreed services and standards. The order of the itinerary may be adjusted for different departure dates.
6. Transportation: We will arrange appropriate vehicles based on group size. For groups with fewer than 24 travelers, the driver will also serve as the guide. For groups with more than 24, there will be both a driver and a guide.
7. For the safety and rights of all travelers, various transportation, hotels, restaurants, and attractions used during the trip are governed by different policies of the service providers. In case of accidents or losses, the resolution will be based on the terms of the respective service providers and will not involve our company.
8. In case of special circumstances such as severe weather or traffic accidents, our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
9. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your personal interests.
10. For issues such as flight cancellations, delays, weather, or other travel safety concerns, the respective regulations of the service providers will apply directly to the traveler and are not related to our company.
[Travel Information]
1. If your itinerary includes airport transfer services, please provide accurate flight details and arrive at the designated pick-up location on time. If incorrect information causes a mistake in the pick-up, the agency reserves the right to provide a second service or charge an additional transfer fee, or arrange for a free transfer on the next available flight. Please note that each booking includes 1 free airport pick-up and drop-off service only!
2. If you need assistance before your trip, please consult our Chinese-speaking customer service.
3. All activity tickets and dining options must be booked in advance. No additional bookings will be accepted during the trip; we appreciate your understanding.
4. Please arrive at the pick-up location on time, as agreed with the guide. Do not be late to avoid delaying other travelers' schedules. If you miss the scheduled departure time, you will need to make your own way to the next meeting point at your own expense.
5. During the trip, different vehicles and guides may be assigned to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
6. If you need to leave the group during the trip, please sign the "Departure Confirmation Form."
7. Travelers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older).
8. Any free gifts or activities included in the itinerary, if canceled due to factors beyond control (e.g., traffic, weather), or if you are unable to participate for personal reasons, will not be refunded.
9. If you have any special requirements (e.g., vegetarian meals, baby seats), please notify us at least 7 days before departure. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but cannot guarantee it.
