• Essential Information About Booking:
  * This tour requires you to bring a photo ID, such as a foreign passport with an American visa, or an American driver's license.
  * Minors under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult or provide a wavier signed by a legal guardian.
  * Please register 30 days in advance and provide the available date range, the specific departure date and departure time shall be subject to the actual reservation; If the reservation is unsuccessful, we will refund the project fee in full.
  * The ID name of each guest should be provide, if you purchase a child ticket, please provide the child's date of birth when placing an order.
  * Please provide your personal weight (LBS) when registering due to small aircraft weight restrictions.
  * If the trip is cancelled due to weather, the tour fee will be refunded.
  * You will receive an electronic confirmation slip within 3 to 7 working days prior to your departure date.
  * Please check in at least 1 hour early.
  * Thus miss the chance to aboard and cannot participate in the tour, we are afraid we cannot refund your fee.

The wages of tour guides and drivers are determined factoring in that they will receive service fees to augment their earnings. Please pay at least the recommended service fee because the tour guides and drivers work hard to accommodate many people on the tour. The fee is calculated based on the total tour date.
