As you stroll around its cobbled streets, you will discover clues that will transport you back into the 400 years of history of this UNESCO World Heritage gem.

Each clue will lead you from one place to another by providing you with exact directions so you won't need a map, GPS, or guide. As you solve the problem and guess the answer, the secret story of that place is unlocked.
After you buy the quest, you'll get your access code by e-mail which will be used in the app. The tour will take you about 1.5 hours to complete, but there’s no time limit which will allow you to go at your own pace. You won't need a guide, just download the app, go to the starting point, and begin the adventure.
If you are a large group, one person can purchase access for the entire group by selecting the number of people in the group. All group members will be able to play the city game on their smartphone. Alternatively, each person can purchase their own ticket.
You can play as a group and solve the clues together as you walk, or you can split into smaller groups/teams and compete against the others. Each person can also play on their own, separate from the group and meet the group at the end of the tour.

How do I start playing a game?
Login to your account in the app and go to the game screen. Tap 'Play' and you'll be redirected to the location screen, where you can see the exact address of the starting point. Tap on 'Let's go' and head to that specific location. If you have problems with finding the correct location, please make sure your phone location is activated.
Do I need an internet connection to play?
Once you've purchased a game, you only need internet to download it. Go to the game screen in the app, tap on 'Download' and once it's completed, you can play the game offline.
How much battery does the app need?
Try to have your phone as charged as possible before starting. Anything above 50% should be fine.
Can I play the game whenever I want?
Yes, once you purchased a game, you can enjoy it forever, unless there are time limitations explicitly mentioned in the game description.
Can I stop the game and continue later?
Yes, anytime, for as many times as you wish. But if you are in the middle of a game challenge, you'll notice the timer won't stop unless you solve it. Once you've got the right answer, the timer will stop automatically until the next challenge
How do I change the language of the game?
Once you download the game you purchased, in the starting point screen you can choose the language of the game. If you already started it and want to change the language, please quit the game and go back to the starting point screen to choose another language.
What happens if I can’t solve a clue?
Use the ‘Need help’ toolbox and either get a hint or skip completely the challenge
