Itinerario

As night falls, nighttime adventures Xplor Fuego Park are waiting for you! Under the stars, flying over the Mayan jungle along the highest zipline in Cancun must be very exciting! The hammock zipline is also quite interesting. Drive the amphibious vehicle, and hundreds of torches will light up the 5 km long runway for you. Enter the underground cave to see stalactites and stalagmites of various shapes! Finally, let's start an underground river adventure in the 570-meter-long water route. Use your hands as paddles to row a bamboo raft in the underground caves, and be prepared to marvel at the magnificence of the underground world! Also, you can swim along the river for nearly 400 meters!

In addition to various interesting activities, the all-inclusive Xplor Fuego Park also serves delicious buffets and unlimited drinks!

Due to the continuous rise in fuel prices leading to a sharp increase in vehicle operating costs, effective for all tours departing on May 18, 2026, a transportation surcharge of $5 per person per day will be applied to our tour products. The fee will be collected by tour guides during the trip.

This trip mainly involves water activities. Please prepare your swimsuit, towel and other suitable equipment in advance.
To protect the ecology, the park only allows the use of sunscreen containing titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
The rafting adventure program requires a certain level of physical strength. Please decide whether to participate based on your own situation.
The zipline project is not suitable for patients with fear of heights, hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other medical histories. Please decide whether to participate based on your own situation. (Minimum height: 1.1 meters, maximum weight: 136 kilograms)
Cancun has a tropical marine climate and is infested with mosquitoes. Please bring your own effective mosquito repellent.
Xplor Fuego Park is open from 5:30-11:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
For guests who are taking English tours, please be sure to contact us by phone regarding the departure time of your hotel.
It is strongly recommended that you arrive at the designated meeting point on time. The company will not be responsible for any financial losses that may be caused by guests being late and unable to participate in the tour.
Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
If any scenic spots are temporarily closed, including on certain holidays, the tour guide will make appropriate adjustments based on the actual situation, which may include viewing from the outside or substituting with another attraction to maintain the richness of the itinerary. Please note that the opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to health concerns. Should such changes affect the itinerary, they will be considered force majeure. We appreciate your understanding.
Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. The local operator provides the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities and the handicapped who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. We do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
