You’ll be met at the GIG Tom Jobim Airport, SDU Santos Dumont Airport, or from several hotels in Leblon, Ipanema and Copacabana, and taken to your hotel in Buzios, or vice versa. From the GIG Airport - TERMINAL 2 - for flights arriving between 9am and 9pm. Staff will greet you when you clear airport customs - If you have any issues, you can go to the meeting point and half hour prior to departure, the guide will pass by the meeting point- or you can just call us. If you are arriving outside that time window, just go straight to the meeting point. From SDU or GIG - TERMINAL 1 - go straight to the meeting point upon arrival. When being picked up from the Hotel or Bed and Breakfast, please wait in the lobby ready for pick up at the stated times. Meeting point at GIG (Aeroporto Internacional Tom Jobim): • Terminal 2 - International Flights: as you leave the restricted area, walk straight and you will see Banco Safra close to Gate D on Floor 0.. This is your meeting point. • Terminal 2 - Domestic Flights: as you leave the restricted area, turn right and continue straight until reaching Banco Safra close to Gate D on Floor 0. This is your meeting point • Terminal 1 - International and Domestic Flights: go to the 1st floor and take the path to Terminal 2. When you arrive at Terminal 2, you will go down to Ground Level (two levels down) on Floor 0 and walk straight to Banco Safra close to Gate D on Floor 0. Meeting point at SDU (Santos Dumont Airport): • Casa do Pão de Queijo fast-food restaurant, next to the Main Arrivals Hall. This is your meeting point.
