Summer (March 27 to November 08) After meeting your guide at the designated meet-up point, we'll begin our tour of Como visiting the historical city center. There, your knowledgeable guide will lead you around the medieval streets to reach the impressive cathedral. After the walk you will have some free time to enjoy Como's historic center and shop in the many local boutiques. Then the program continues with a 2-hour cruise across the lake. Admire the lakeside villas and keep an eye out for Villa d'Este at Cernobbio, a luxurious hotel set in tropical gardens. On board you can take advantage of the restaurant for a typical Italian lunch own expense). The view is always impressive since mild Mediterranean climate ensures an abundance of exotic and rare plants thriving year-round. Docking at the town of Bellagio, one of the most famous towns on the lake, follow the steep alleys running up from the lake and stop for a coffee or gelato at one of the lively cafes housed in grand historic buildings.
