Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.
• Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel during the pick up time. the time when you get to the lobby for pick up just inform to the concierge or reception person at hotel lobby that you are waiting for pick up. as our driver will approach to the concierge or reception desk at first attempt to locate you in lobby. 
• In case if you are at port kindly wait in the waiting hall of the port reception during the pick up time. 3. Pick up time commence 30 minutes prior to the activity starts.
• Restaurant for dinner is based on first floor location and not having access to high floors. Outdoor seating is based on first come first take basis and cannot guaranteed.
