- Correct dress code is required inside the Sagrada Familia Basilica. No tank tops, strapless shirts, short shorts or sandals.
- Due to limited capacity, there might be a wait time between the guided tour and elevator access.
- The visit to the towers is unescorted. Operation is subject to cancellation depending on weather conditions and other circumstances.
- Assuming both elevators are operating normally on the day of the tour, you will be given the choice of ascending to the towers on the Nativity facade, with views to the east of Barcelona, or the Passion facade, which looks out over the city center.

We bought our tickets online. There was a designated place to meet the guide at 1:45 pm. We waited 20 minutes. Then went to the Sagrada Familia information kiosk to enquire. They sent us to Julia Tours where they told us that the meeting place had been changed. Then one of the girls then proceeded to rush around the cathedral with us running after her. I fell, bruising and scraping my knees and hurting my hip (had to get medication just so I could walk for the rest of the week). Finally found the tour guide. He was mediocre at best.
